Business Launch Centres work with companies that have already raised a first round of financing and are engaged in product development.  Will not review pre-1st round business plan.  Accenture is well connected within the pharmaceutical industry and venture capital world (can help with raising next round).  However, biotech-focused Business Launch program is relatively new (no mention on the website).
